A prepaid service in Keeper, formerly Tonkeeper, uses charges to pay network fees for supported transfers and swaps. It covers listed TON operations and USDT (TRC20) transfers, while excluding transfers that send GRAM.

updated

Balance type
An off-chain prepaid account measured in charges.
Supported operations
Token swaps, token transfers and NFT transfers on TON, plus USDT (TRC20) transfers. TON swaps can pair two tokens or a token with GRAM.
Indicative charge use
About 5 charges per token or NFT transfer on TON, about 130 per TON token swap and about 700 per USDT (TRC20) transfer. Keeper's Battery guide, updated September 15, 2026, gives these estimates; actual charge use can vary.
Top-up routes
Supported cryptocurrency payments or in-app purchases through the App Store and Google Play.

Fee funding and charge deductions

For eligible TON operations, the Battery can cover fees when the wallet has no GRAM or too little. Keeper estimates the fee amount in GRAM and credits that amount to the wallet. It then deducts equivalent charges from the prepaid balance.

A token-GRAM swap and a transfer that sends GRAM have different coverage. The guide includes the swap pair among eligible operations and excludes the transfer.

A charge count describes fee consumption, separate from the quantity of tokens or NFTs that a transaction moves. Changing network fees can change the number of operations that a charge balance covers.

For cryptocurrency top-ups, Keeper's Battery guide, updated September 15, 2026, specifies a payment equivalent to $3. The token amount depends on the exchange rate of the chosen asset.

App Store and Google Play purchases offer small, medium and large plans. The store account needs sufficient funds to confirm the selected purchase.

Refunds and unused charges

The Battery guide gives a 14-day period after purchase for requesting a refund. For cryptocurrency purchases, open Settings > Battery, select Charge History and open the purchase's Details. App Store and Google Play refunds require a request to Apple or Google, respectively.

Ton Apps UK Ltd.'s Terms of Use, updated February 12, 2025, specify conditions for cryptocurrency refunds. Refunds use the cryptocurrency that funded the Battery and the exchange rate on the refund date. Transfer fees may apply.

For gifted charges, the giver may claim a refund before the beneficiary account is charged. Once that account is charged, only the beneficiary may claim the refund.

Those terms also permit dormancy fees after extended non-use of the Battery. The provider can change their conditions and amounts with prior notice through the app or website.

Battery coverage checklist

  • If the intended operation is a GRAM transfer, Battery charges cannot pay its network fee.
  • For USDT (TRC20) transfers, use the separate charge estimate for that network.
  • Before seeking a purchase refund, check the original payment method and the 14-day request window.
